I had a problem regarding 2 e-Wallet Payment of which one was paid and another one was never paid. After numerous calls with different Consultants giving empty promises, there is a lady by the name Lungile, who helped me until the end. I salute her for professional Customer Service and she really deserves a BELLS (Thumps up).
