Bad treatment

To whom it may concern I have been a costumer to superbet for long time now but I cannot bare the treatment that I have been experiencing at superbet MTN the don't care about our health as they dont allow customers to use the bathroom for a month now and they say there is no plumber to fix it when approaching the manager Sam he responds with an attitude that he does not clean the bathrooms so he doesn't know what's going my question is how how are we supposs to go a day without bathrooms especially when u are playing slots
