Had R259 on my account that I wanted to withdraw and in my account I had an old cellphone number

I requested the cellphone number to be change and they request copy of my ID and I ask if certified or not I was told not certified,

I send everything and have been send up n and down and spend so much airtime on the line with them,until late wen one of their team leader said I have to certified even though I was mislead by them
