Bad Service from Supabets 14/02/2018

I placed a table tennis bet on the 14/02/2018 and the operator accepted ticket. It was around 12:36pm when i placed my bet and the match took place at 13:30pm resulting in my ticket winning. To my surprise at 14:33 instead of the bookmarkers paying my winning ticket, they cancelled it and refunded my R50 that i had used to bet with!!! ********* *********.

I spend a lot of money with Supabets every week but they cant even pay me a lousy R215 I have been in contact with the agents there but they keep telling me that my query has been dealt with...
