Bad service!!!!!!!!!!

Their withdrawal system and lack of assistance from their support staff is terrible. I made multiple withdrawals and 2 was left out I called to query this and I was told they are approved later I called then they said that the funds have been reversed into my account I made another withdrawal using a different method and I still have not received the funds over 5 hours have passed. All their support staff say is that they will escalate but nothing is being done. Inconsistent withdrawal system, ineffective staff, bad service. Customers deposit money to try their luck once they win getting funds is difficult why is this?? HORRIBLE!!!!!!
