Bad service

Good Day I'm not sure how to even start,this is not the 1st encounter with supabets but today was the ultimate.I made a withdrawal about 11hrs ago and only 1H30 later after sending several complaints I was informed that my withdrawal request has been approved.I received the approval sms and 1hr later I'm still waiting for the voucher and the pin which normally takes 30-45min.I received a call from Mr Stephan Snyders the assistant call centre Manager which advised me that he will contact the banking team to ask y I did not receive the voucher and pin yet.He than advised that he will call me back after 15min,which I will rather give him 30min as he might receive other calls before he can call me back..I will give proper feedback once my query has been resolved.I hope that MR Antonio Africa will have a look into this matter should I asked Phillip who is the CEO to has my query reviewed and if he thinks I'm at fault he should reply on my review which I will do the honours to humbly apologize to all parties involved
