Bad service and useless whatApp helpline.

I have been trying to get my account credited with R50 i deposited on Saturday. Today is almost 5 days after numerous messages and re-sending of proof of payment , I am still waiting. Your customer service sucks and your whatsApp helpline is useless. Just close it and fire all those who are working in your social media platforms.
