Bad service

Be careful when betting using their bonus funds because they will delete your bets without warning and when you enquire they will tell you that bonus funds have expired therefore bets don't count whether win or loose as per their terms and conditions. I was contacted by Siphiwe via WhatsApp which Im not even sure its the legit line who also couldn't assist.When you ask for that quote on their terms and conditions you get ignored just like their email customer service. Why are not all bets deleted then as bonus expired long time but I still have running bets with bonus funds used but only one is deleted because it was for higher amount.I have sent screenshots of all active bets and no one seems to know what is happening.
