Bad service

I betted that home team was going to win and it won but they said I lost ,I called and spoke to 2 supervisors and theybdid not help and more than 5 call centre agents where beating around the bushes. I am so disappointed with their service and they are ******** and their bookmakers don't seem to know what they doing .
