Bad review

Worst experience ever!!! Iv been meaning to withdraw from Friday 21/11/25 and Fica documents were required, I tried uploading them on the app it kept giving me an error, I tried to reach out for help through supabets support and Fica email address, on WhatsApp and even called them nothing was done!!! I was being told one and the same thing to screen short the error and email it which I did but still nothing, they can ignore your WhatsApp messages and not respond to the emails, it's disgusting and frustrating!!!! I don't understand how they work, why am I even asked for fica verification while I have Been verified and approved before?
