Bad gambling site

I open my Supabets account in 2023. I never deposited any money ever just played the free bonus.

Then came 2025 i deposited money and ask for the deposit bonus then they tell me no it was a deposit from a voucher( ott or blue voucher) it need to be like a eft or card payment for me to qualify for deposit bonuses.

Later i do card 3 payment so i can get all 3 deposit bonuses. No bonus so i ask them then they tell me i already had my bonuses in 2023 when i opened the account and send me a statement. So i see the bonuses was given then it expired. I then tell them but why did you give me the 3 deposit bonuses if i didnt made any deposits? Then they tell me i did make deposits when i ask them for deposit statement they cant show me anytime on deposits is this year 2025
