Bad experience

I provided my liscence for fica unfortunately it has expired last year as i do not have my Orginal ID iAs seen on the supabets website they allow a certified black and white copy of ID for fica and i also asked they confirmed it now i made some profits in my account i send the certified copy for fica they decline it because they see profits in my account
