Bad customer service
For the online business you have the worst customer service ever your agents are unprofessional the leave people hanging without providing solution I spoke to 5 different agents all of them were escalating my query to the relevant department one promised to provide feedback but nothing is happening why must I wait 24hour for my withdrawal to be approved the service is horrible
