bad customer experience

My name is Thabang I really had a bad customer experience at 123 commissioner street, brooklyn, JHB 2000. I was there today( 12-12-2019 to play lunch time lotto then the lady by the name of Promise Makhubu she played incorrect number when i told her that the number on the sleep are not the one I played she shouted at me and told me that "I cant even write my handwriting is ugly" she wont correct the error, it was my first time getting such customer service at Supabets gaming group so what I want to know whether if the teller did not capture correct information the customer is not allowed to complain
