Bad bad bad service to ur customers

Supabets has been around for some time one would expect excellents off of them but nooooo......their service sucks to the core i recently asked them to change my cell phone number as i lost the old phone so they did successfully then i made e.wallet withdrawal received sms pending approval on the new number only later to be tolď the money went to old number 🙄🙄like how....tried rhem on live chat only to be given more puzzles ended going to their branch in sandton to sort the matter sat 4 over four hourz stil no help they sent me to fnb instead of calling on my behalf when i got to fnb i also got stories tht sb need to call in n ask for reversal i went back to sb headquarters in sandton still got no help....even now iv been waiting a guy name ayanda was helpful but has also since been quiet wenever i call in to tlk to him hes always off tht day....think its time to pack n leave sb coz now their r slacking worse n worse this is 500% poor poor poor service all they do is take our money but they must give u have to struggle to get whats urs
