Appauling!!!
I cannot express how disappointed i am with the kind of SERVICE i got from SINDI. HAVING TO TELL ME THAT \THIS IS HOW I SPEAK"when was clearly indicating to her that i wasn't happy with her. she has no phone etiquette. <br> <br> TIP for SINDI when returning a call to customer.<br> <br> - Good day Sir or Madam( assume you recognize the difference in voices)<br> - My name is Sindi"
