Another poor customer service-They ignore you like nothing

....Showing you how the bonus options look from supabets. I send the email this morning informing supabets that my bonus "show details" button is not working. Mpho failed again with a defferent matter to give me a feedback. He gave me a suggestion, I told him that I did everything he said and still the button was not working.
I made a phone call asking what is my current turnover for my bets and one of the consultant said they will get back to me but even now im still waiting!!! What it my % turm over on my 100% First Deposit Bonus 2022. How much must I still wager because I can't view it on my side as show details button is not working. I send the screenshoot via Email three times already

I completed my bonus turn over but still it is not tranfered to my main wallat,
why?? I think there is a technical error and my bonus expires today,!!!
I can't view any bonus progress because showdetails button is not working.
Are you waiting for it to expire because you don't want to pay it?
Or you just dont care about my request??
