The games are quite nice, the win ratio ain't bad, but the customer services absolutely sucks. It's like you're having a conversation with AI. They're probably sitting there, eating chappies the way only one culture knows how to do it in this country, not giving a **** about customer service or the privilage of being employed in a country with such an outstanding unemployment rate. *********** is the word.
