Account not credited & call centre not responding

Hi i deposited money to my account last saturday 23/09/2017 even today the money is not refleting. i provided the proof of payment and am told its not refleting on their account . i sms to their help line no one calls me back yet am being billed for my sms. mxm such a bad service.
