Made a deposit @12:00 27/09 via SID payment. After 10 min I start to chat to agent. They ask for proof of payment, we all know u cannot get a pop is it’s a Callpay transaction. So I spoke to 5 agents and sent through the transaction reference what I’ve got. But still no funds credited to my account. I mailed and chat but no feedback. Supabet will be reported to the board of gambling and social media if no feedback received.
