A bit disappointed with my first expirience

When I saw the ads on my facebook I was blown away and I told myself I will sign up and try this. I was so taken away with the platform of instant games and their new lobby. So I signed up got helped by the lady excellent service I must say , got my self ficad and all . Then I said let me do this bought a R500 voucher loaded then began my worst experience. I tell you I spent the whole night trying to push my money to go higher it never even richer 700 , the games were having a pattern I didnt understand I felt like someone was playing for me to a point that I sensed the danger then I decided to withdraw wat was left which was 200 guess I was lucky to even do that. Games dont stop when u press stop they keep rolling stops when it wants . I mean I never enjoyed my first time experience it was terrifying , yes you gave me a bonus of a 1000 but I'm not a fan of other things and that wasnt my purpose for signing up it was those games that I had hope for. I'm truly and honestly disappointed the least you could have done is let me enjoy my first experience with you keep me coming back but not this . I tried again today but I see that's how your set up is . Thank you but I'm not sure I will stay.
