200% bonus

Last week I received two SMS’s from Supabets about a 200% bonus:

“SUPABETS DEPOSIT BOOST - Time is running out on your 200% deposit boost (up to R2500). Make a deposit before Sunday to cash in! T&Cs Apply http://bit.ly/34DZ7mo“

On Thursday I deposited R1050 and informed their support about my deposit. They informed me that my query has been escalated to the relevant department.

I then checked to see if my bonus was credited, nothing. I then used the live chat , then I was informed that I don’t qualify for the bonus.

Can Supabets please allocate my bonus.
