Worst service ever

The worst service that i ever got since I've been going there for years.... What made me angry worse is the supervisor with no leadership skills... I was in a very long que with my sister with two big trolleys and i was the next one to be called at the till here comes a lady called Busi telling us that we have big trolleys and we can't pay there... Okay i asked her.. so what must we do from here? she says she doesn't know i asked how come you don't know while you are the one telling us that we can't pay here... Then the supervisor with short hair and curls comes and say you won't enter here.. i ask how come because i came here to buy then she tries to close the way and I pushed her with a trolley so that she can move then she had a nerve to tell me that i feel like i have powers... firstly i came there to buy i didn't come to have small talks about how much power do i have and i have all the right to react the way i did.. because i couldn't go back and start the que all over again is month end the store is full i didn't complain with the long que and i wouldn't even go back because Supa Store employees are ganging up on me.... Thanx to the guy manager i did get his name but he really knows his job he deserve to be recognized with the way he handled my situation he didn't even want to listen to any stories he just did his job and served me as a Customer... I'm really disappointed with the service i got at your store to think i come every month to buy there.
