Terrible service.
There is a cashier by the name of Mbali Pita (Dlamini Soweto) that was rude towards me and has attitude for days. Due to the amount of groceries I had my first request was for her to ask someone to help her pack the scanned items whilst I was unloading, she informed me that your shop doesn't have packers which was new to me because everytime I buy there someone is there to assist. As I was busy passing on the products to be purchased she tells me that I am stressing her on how I was handing over item's. The disgusting mannerisms of telling a paying customer that they stressing you is unheard of where does she get the audacity to speak that way and what is the purpose of her being there if not to give quality service to us. I called upon a supervisor (Matebula) who was unhelpful herself. If this is how your staff behaves I would rather take my business else where. Why spend so much money at store that takes customer for granted and thinks that I am their friend. Such a disappointing experience.
