worst customer service

Bad service actually worse service i ever experienced, especially when dealing with food. I bought a double tray of eggs(60) and 10 were ruined rotten i lodged a complain and was adviced to come to the store with a receipt was sent to one manager and another with no help only to be told that i must bring those eggs along with the packaging bought the eggs on the 2and of March was at the store on the 16th, was i supposed to keep the eggs till then? After then my issue was not resolved not even an apology.
