Bad service and poor management service

I'm very Fed up of the super store shop cos to them they think its nice doing up and down for the money they took on my account and they keep on saying that they don't see anything

The bank statement also says that the money its neen deducted by super store at Dhlamini but they against the bank statement

Now when u call they keep on saying they will come bck to you it means I have to beg for the money as if now I'm adking for a loan and it was their cashier 's fault being ******** and careless Or thats how they make sales by ****ming people. I really need the money bck im tired of doing up and downs.
