Sunshine Loans – Settled Account Still Not Closed

I am extremely frustrated with the way my settled Sunshine Loans account is being handled.

I settled the account through NRB Debt Collectors, yet I have still not received a paid-up/settlement letter confirming that the account has been settled. What is even more concerning is that interest continues to be added every month, despite the debt already having been paid.

I have tried to resolve this directly, but I am being sent from one company to the other. When I contact Sunshine Loans, I am told to contact NRB. When I contact NRB, I am told to contact Sunshine Loans. Nobody seems willing to take responsibility or provide me with a clear resolution.

This is completely unacceptable. I have fulfilled my obligation by settling the account, and I should not have to continue fighting to get a paid-up letter or have additional interest added to an account that has already been settled.

I am now fed up and extremely disappointed with both Sunshine Loans and NRB Debt Collectors.Please resolve this matter urgently and stop adding interest to a debt that I have already settled.
