Frustrated Customer 😠😠
The company is a *****, I applied for loan on Saturday, 31st October 2026, my loan was approved same day. Debit order mandate was sent by the company and I approved it same day but till to date, today being the 3rd November 2026, no money has been deposited into my account. Worse case scenario is their contact number leads you straight to a robot, that keeps repeating the same thing, the line never goes through to a consultant. The company is ****, do not take out a loan with them, otherwise you will end up repaying a loan that you never received.

I would not recommend
They are a struggle to get hold of, their emails have no reaponse when you call the number on their page it takes you to an automated robot absolutely pathetic. A **** !

This is very poor service and makes it extremely difficult for customers to get assistance.
It is extremely difficult to contact this service. The *** provided does not work, and I have sent dozens of emails without receiving any response. The *** listed on the website is also not working.

Sunshine loans
Hi good had a loan with Sunshine loans they never debited my account on due date and they just went quiet their online portal you couldn't make manual payments now after 6months they listed me on the credit bureau for arears tried making contact via *** no response their telephone contact does not exist they need to be investigated the company is situated in Stellenbosch very bad company stay away please people they listed a lot of people.

Shunsine loans DULL for my credit record
These people have not active call center yet able to have loans oppened without my consent or knowledge. their actions are not appreciated at all and not happy that this account *****s my record and have no other option but to do this review.
