Sunshine loans, I want my refund. Y'all are ******

I app**** for a loan in May and I was declined. June I received a notification to prepare for a debit order that would go out. I reached out to them and I advised them I have no active loan with them. They said it's an automated email and I should ignore.

July 31st they debited my account R714 which I have no idea what is it for. I called and emailed and they promised the issue has been escalated to their accounts team.

To date, I haven't received my money, and they are no longer responding to my emails or calls. I want my money back. I have no contract with you, so I fail to understand why I was debited.
