POOR BUSINESS PRACTICE

Dear Sunshine loans, I am extremely unhappy, it's been 3 days since I accepted the debit check mandate and approval.. And still my funds are not available. I have sent close to 10 emails with no response I have been calling for 3 days no answer and total disregard for my query. This is a real concern as I truly feel that it's ********l business practice..
