No funds received after accepting debicheck more than 48 hours ago

Took out a loan with them last month and had no issues, everything went smoothly. Took out another loan with them on Saturday April 4th, I was approved and accepted the debicheck mandate but I have not received any funds and it is almost 3 days later.
