I am writing to express my serious concern regarding an unauthorized deduction from my account on the 15th of December. As per our agreement, the repayment date was set for the 25th of each month, aligning with my payday.

This premature deduction has caused significant financial distress as it took funds allocated for my son’s medical bills. I am now unable to afford his prescription medication, which is not only inhumane but also highly unprofessional on your part.

I request an immediate reversal of this transaction and assurance that such incidents will not occur in the future. Additionally, I expect an explanation as to why the terms of our agreement were violated.
