Double Payment Sunshine Loans

I paid full cash amount for a loan owed to Sunshine Loans on the 25th of March 2024 and they debited my account on the 27th of March 2024, I cantaced Sunshine loans and I was told send a bank statement for me to get my refund, up to so far I have not received my money.
