Made a loan on the 11th Jan 2023 today is the 14th not even sure if I will get my money tommoro on the 15th. I call it my money because there is an agreement on their website when I log in stating that I borrowed money on 11th. No money received currently. But my debit order will run on the 25th and you still charge same interest. This is wrong. You charging me interest for money I did not receive. Iam really taking this issue to the ombudsman. If you can't run a company accordingly. Dnt run it or else you are intentionally *****ing from the less fortunate or *****ing from people facing financial troubles or needs and conducting ***** and crime.

I regret using u and it was probably my last time using it. You will see how far iam willing to take this. What you are running is not following regulations of the industry.
