BAD

I app**** for a loan 16th feb online, then it gave me option of replaying the loan round 23rd or 24th March which i took because the option was available and it is already half month into Feb so i thought great i can pay the loan next month . when i got the contract it stated loan repayment 24th FEB i have emailed then and asked why do i get the option and then you stil decide when it needs to be paid ... my email was ignored ... i called them and explained to this lady and her response was the assesors makes the changes when to pay so its either you accept or decline ... I MEAN REALLY NOW why do you get a option to pay with in 45 days i think and then the people working there decides when you can pay ,,,THEN DONT GIVE THE OPTION
