disappointed

We went to sunshine westgate. It started pouring outside. The water by the exit was ankle deep. We askes if we can go out front. The manager said no. We had to go out we were soaking wet. But when we got to the front, the allowed a few other people to go out front. Being in retail myself I know how important customer service is and I will never go back there I will taje ny business elsewhere. Thank you to the amazing car guard that borrowed his umbrella to me and my mom.
