Unprofessional customer services.

I have never been so disrespected and worse part is a manager so called Lydia and Alina. On the 2nd of February 2024 I brought my groceries and it happened that I forgot two 1kg rama spread. On Sunday the 4 february 2024. I saw that my ramas are missing. I then called the shop with the number on the slip. Only to find out that they are not work. Monday I then googled the numbers and called the shop. I was told story then the lady on the phone said I must come with slip and I did. When I get to the shop lydia disrepected me in all leve.

Those ladies dont know customer services. They dont need to to be managers. Sies.
