Unprofessional and disappointed services

Friday on 26 July 2024 I was at Sunshine the one in Roodepoort. I went to the bakery section I wanted a carrot loaf cake the price on the carrot loaf cake was R24 00 while was waiting for the lady to put the the carrot cake in the box the Manager told the lady to take the carrot cake out and put the new price of R29.99 because thier system was scanning the wrong price. I said to the manager why did not checked the price in morning or before the store opened that the price is wrong because the price I see is the price I pay .She was so unprofessional and rude to me and said it not her fault that the system was scanning a wrong price and she told the lady that works at bakery not put the price on carrot loaf cake. -She said the is nothing she can do. I was so disappointed how she handled the matter. Sun shine need to really treat the customers with the respect the whole management are so rude .I m very disappointed how they are treating people who give them business. Like *******
