Sunshine cash and carry Westgate

We have stockvel account with sunshine cash and carry Westgate we now have 15141.00 ,one of the members submitted the list of things we want to buy with that 15141.00 on the 27th November 2021 and she was then referred to the Indian guy to serve her but to our surprised she's told that we must 250.00 for the guy that is gonna pack our things? Why were we not told from day one that we will pay someone that is hired by sunshine to do their job? That's nonsense We not going to pay ,they must give us our money back then we will go and buy things somewhere with better services There's specials everywhere now that we can buy a lot with that money
