sunshine cash and carry roodepoort

had a bad experience with the sunshine cash and carry near roodepoort magistrate court ,my bag was ****** inside the shop with 2000 cash inside ,ID ,bank cards,account cards, and when i asked for footage i was told that they dont have cameras not understanding such a big store doesnt have cameras .i am disappointed in that store and the service i got .later in the day when after going there two times looking for my bag ,it was found and not sent to information desk or reported by staff .the staff member who found my bag said he found the bag and kept it on top on milk section saying he wanted to keep it safe and i dont understand why keep something knowing what the work policy is .i am really disappointed .
