Rude Employees

I would like to express how deeply disappointed I am with the employees of Sunshine Cash And Carry cc which is based in Roodepoort. It clearly shows that they were never trained on how to deal with customers.

I was attached by 3 of their employees for going in the shop with my handbag. They refused to service me and took my trolley away from me which was full of items that I wanted to purchase for carrying my handbag.

One of the employee started swearing at me and calling me names and when I asked for management, he pretended as if he could not hear me and played with his phone.

I am greatly disgusted by what happened as it shows that we are nothing to them and yet we as customers make their company possible.
