Pathetic Service Ever

Worst experience ever. Got to the store this morning on a Saturday, 19 Feb...the store was full of shoppers but there were only four(4) created to pay. The rest of the tills in the store a closed. I spent a whole hour in a line to pay for my groceries. When i complaint to the manager (Lydia) the only thins she could tell me is that people are on lunch & theres nothing she can do and yet those very 4 lines a snake-like. Yho pathetic service ever, the leader does not know how to create a flexible work space to accommodate the customers. I only rated 1 star coz theres nothing below that.
