Pathetic service

Pathetic service, it doesn't even take two weeks to get a gold card from a bank but it takes months to get a simple Stokvel card from sunshine cash and carry. The people there are not really helpful either, it's like they don't care wether you spend your money there or not. The owners need to consider selling or closing that business down because wow!
