Order not received for 27 days.
I ordered on 1st of May and haven't received my order. Sent several emails, WhatsApp messages and tried to call. Messages have not been responded too and calls have nor been answered at ll.

20 Jul 2025, 19:24Was promised a refund after someone eventually responded but was later advised that anyone who complained on Hello Peter will be contacted by the marketing directors. I still haven't been contacted nor received my refund. Is there no other way to resolve this matter. It seems like it's okay to take people's money and then avoid them like the plague.
