Injunruly at grocery store because of negligence

I got injured at the store and was attended to by their first aider Faith,and her Manger Christo. Fsith had rush home because she had a funeral to attend to and not other person assigned on her behalf to see to my well being, I had to wait for 2hr on a high chair in pain, my 14ys old son alone in the car with probably rotting perishable groceries.

The don't care treatment I received they can miss my support never setting foot there.
