Ill-treatment of clients

I was at the Sunshine yesterday the one at Plaza, I was at the biscuits and cereal aisle. I am heavily pregnant currently when a packer who was at that aisle rudely removed my trolley far from my reach. When I told her that she should have told me that my trolley was on her way she made a spectacle of me in front of the customers saying she is not the one who got me pregnant. I tried to report it to the manager the manager I think called the supervisor who spoke to the packer. The packer again was being rude, and I never even gotten an apology for such bad customer service. Pathetic service
