I need apology from the security my taxi fares to clear my name and

On 03/06/23 I went to sunshine to buy groceries for my parents and because I changed my hand bag I wasn't aware that the was chocolate that I bought from shoprite kagiso after paying I produce my till slip and security search my hand bag only to find out the remaining 2 peace of chocolate I have never been so emb****d in my life the que for exit customers had to wait I was told by security that I am a ***** I had to pay for that chocolate earo milk I asked for CCTV I was told to wait for the shop to closed I didn't have time because I was going somewhere I asked them to come on Wednesday for CCTV only to be told that the security who told me to come on Wednesday he is on leave the other security went for CCTV and I was told I don't appear on CCTV I was turn back for proof of purchase I went to kagiso shoprite I give them the proof I demanded apology the same security who said I am a ***** was off I asked the manager for the writing apology till today I didn't get an apology got the embarras*****t and I used my taxi fare they said they will email my query for refund up untill today I am still waiting I was told to go and get the chocolate only to find out it was out of stock I had to take the same brand but not the milk one
