Goods not received and refund not made.

Bad costumer service. Still waiting for my refund more than 21 days already. This is due to there negligence false advertising error's on there website info. Please who can assist me, how can I resolve this matter, we all work for our money, To loose it like this or for somebody to steel it, is not nice and unacceptable. Please need someone to help me getting my money back. R700 is alot of money for me to loose. I followed up yesterday and today and the are ignoring my WhatsApp and email.
