Bad services

I was a good customer who always make shopping at Roodeport sunshine cash and carry plaza today I really Experience a bad service from a Parker of Stumbo Lebo I was walking with my trolley my 3 year old baby boy was inside the lady stopped me and told me to put my baby out of the trolley because he is big he will break the trolley we customer's of sunshine don't listen and we are selfish asked the lady are you talking to me she said yes as she is busy keep on talking I felt really said and asked her is it my bad day today why are you telling me that I'm the only customer who was a child on the trolley and why don't you do your job as a parker and park because this is none of your because the lady started insulting then came other customer and told the lady you are wrong why are you attacking this lady she really insulted me calling me uneducated and ugly and when to the floor manager to make a complain , they paged the lady after 20 minutes the lady came and when I approach to hear what are they talking without me being involved as I made the complaint the manager John Mphofu told me that he can't help me it's either I pay or go out of the store I'm really hurt and hating Roodeport sunshine cash and carry Plaza please kindly help me to punish both merchandiser and floor manager not to repeat what they did to me.
