Bad service from Themba an employee at Sunshine cash & carry Westgate

I was pushing my trolley shopping in the store, the next thing the forklift driver sees me and he comes charging at me. When I asked him where should I go he start shouting telling me why am I walking straight to him. I could not believe the guy as he was shouting at me. I asked why is he so rude towards me, instead of apologies he kept on shouting until one of the staff member came and apologized on his behalf.
